It all starts with an idea.
You visualise your team in an exotic location doing something that will bring them great reward and inspiration. Right about now is when we love to get involved to ensure your cracking ideas see a safe passage through the business and past those that need to give approval.
If you’re a little short on inspiration, but know that you want to do something different, we can work with you to develop some concepts for you to take back to your business. And we’re even happy for you to claim them as your own!
2. DISCOVERY ZONE
Now we've got the idea, let's go deeper.
This is what we call the discovery zone. This is a chance for us to dive deeper into the goals/challenges, meet with key stakeholders and possibly even meet with some of your clients or employees who might participate in one of the programs.
For a small, no-obligation fee, we will come to your office and spend time getting to know your business. Typically these sessions run for around 2 hours and involve multiple stakeholders.
3. CONCEPT CREATION
This is where the magic starts to happen.
It's time for that cracking original idea you had (or the one you’ve now claimed as yours!) to be turned into a reality. We take all of the valuable insights from the discovery session, lock ourselves away and brainstorm ways in which we can bring your program to life.
We don’t hold back. We think large, we think small, we think different, and most importantly, we think about the social impact. We tweak and combine all of these ideas and present them to you in multiple concepts with indicative budgets for you to consider.
4. CREATING THE BUZZ
Once we’ve agreed on the program we need to tell the people that matter.
We can help you develop the criteria, prepare the materials and generate the pre-launch hype so that your team are excited and motivated right from the start.
5. THE MAIN EVENT
Once the event is underway, rest assured that you are in the best possible hands.
We can take care of everything for you. From schedules to registrations through to finer details, such as room drops and VIP treatment, we’ve got it covered. And we'll be there to support you and answer any questions you may have throughout the process.
